I was contacted by ABC Four Corners researcher Anne Connolly this morning. Four Corners will be attending and filming the Professor Bob Carter Climate Change meeting organized by Agmates in conjunction with Property Rights Australia and The Australian Climate Science Coalition.
The Four Corners crew will be there on the day following Nationals Senate Leader Barnaby Joyce and will be attending the campdraft with him and then the Bob Carter Climate Change talks that night.
All indications are that their will a large roll up to the meeting. In the the lead up to the resumption of Parliament and second vote on the Rudd Governments Carbon Pollution Reduction Scheme the three meeting at Rockhampton, Roma and Clermont are shaping up as events of national significance. They are the most significant and substantial community insipired Climate Change meeeting in Australia between now and the crucial vote.
