John CarterJohn Carter - Cattle Producer from Crookwell in New South Wales.

John’s family has been on their property for over 100 years. They run about 800 cattle. John’s Lifetime involvement in the cattle industry as a producer and also agri-politics gives him an incredible insight into the working of the industry. John was heavily involved with the Cattlemens Union and when in 1997 it was disbanded he became the driving force behind the independent producer organization - Australian Beef Association. John has decades long associations with the “Movers and Shakers” in the Australian cattle industry and his comments are insightful and Hard hitting.

Dr Bruce Flegg

Dr Bruce Flegg -

Bruce’s service to his country began at an early age joining the Army at 21 (8/9 RAR, based at Enoggera), becoming a proud member of the Royal Australian Medical Corp after completing his medical studies. After leaving the Army, Bruce spent over 20 years as a General Practitioner in Brisbane and recently completed further study in the area of finance and commerce. In 2004 for Bruce standing for the Liberal party won the Western Brisbane seat of Moggill. In August 2006, Bruce was elected as Leader of the Liberal Party and following the 2006 election was appointed Shadow Treasurer. Over the years Bruce has worked hard to ensure that the pressure of his work life does not impact too heavily on his family life. Bruce is a dedicated family man with four sons.
