Just a quick update to let you know that the move to partner with the JS-Kit team to install the new members commenting / blogging feature seems to be a huge success.
I was blown away on the weekend when I noticed that since we installed it -- you lot have made just over 1,000 comments in 30 days.
That’s like 1,000 letters to the editor in 30 days. But its actually better, because its published straight away and other people reply to you, and you can debate / discuss the issues of the day online.
It would seem as if you guys and gals have taken to it like ‘ducks to water’.
I know it has not been all pain free for some members, but plenty have seemed to have worked it out.
I noticed this morning that the photo up loader thingy was not working, but that seems to be fixed now.
No doubt as you get more confident with it you’ll all experiment with the other features:
- Up load a profile photo to represent you online.
- Use the photo up loader to include photos with your post.
- Use the Youtube icon to insert videos with your post.
- Use the private messenger service.
