The 970 hectare property Rangers Valley at Tamworth Northern NSW has been sold privately for $3 million.
Speaking to Ross Pollock [pictured] of Pollock & Cummins at Gunnedah he said the property had been purchased by Barraba graziers David & Leanne Reid.
The Reids have bought Rangers Valley to expand their quality Hereford grazing operation.
Rangers Valley will run about 500 breeding cows. Ross said the property had been on the market for about 12 months but had sold quickly after a recent price reduction.
