Thought being a Green voter you’d like this. I did. It just sums up for me the whole Green Religions approach, just scare the pants off people with unsubstantiated claims.
Of course tradition church’s back when they where the real ruling bodies in the world ruled peoples lives throughout the ages preaching we’ll all be condemned to fire and brimstone if we don’t follow their faith.
The Green religion has learnt the lesson well and I don’t mind as long as they don’t start trying to rule my life with it. I mean you’d have to subscribe to the ‘faith’ not to be anything other than offended by this poster.
It offends my intelligence as it should possibly yours.
I guess I see it more as use of advertsing techniques… just like I don’t expect Redbull to actually give me wings to fly away, or more topical to the election I don’t literally expect that Colin Barnett (WA Liberal Leader) will be honest and accountable
You may not like it as a advertising technique, but I seriously doubt they are actually trying to suggest there will be 150m rise in sea levels.
Either that or (to paraphrase the Simpson’s) it is the biggest piece of false advertising since the case against the movie “The Never Ending Story.”

It is interesting you link to those other conspiracy theories… it is just that in my generally skeptical mind The people who lied about WMDs, for example, well it just appears to me that they would be the kind of people who would try and conjure up fake science to discredit Global Warming in order to satisfy the needs of the powers of the BIG OIL companies…
If Big Oil can send the US to war in Iraq on false pretenses, then doing all they can to discredit AGW science is surely not that unlikely.

Yes it is odd.
But it appears there is an elite that runs the western world - the BIS in Zuruch - Bank of International Settlements , the central bank for central banks, the Federal Reserve and the Bank of England and other central banks and those elite who own these private banks run both sides of politics here and right across the western world.
The world bank and the IMF are in bed with them too and the mainstream media is on board with them.
It appears Russia was happy to go along with them for a while but Putin and Medvedev must have decided they had had enough and they didn’t want to lose there borders and didn’t like US encroachment so like brilliant chess players they check-mated the US in Georgia and now the US is finding it hard to make the next move.

My best mate thinks exactly the same to be honest. If you and he are right then there is probably not a lot can be done about it. The only flaw in the logic is that by my reckoning those kinds of “elite” would have knocked off David Evans, and Steve Agmates would most likely have had a mysterious and tragic accident with one of his 2nd hand land clearing devices…
Also it is worth considering that if we follow your conspiracy through, well in 10 years if the “science” turns out to show the AGW is false it is probably more to do with the global elites deciding they can make more money that way than AGW actually being false. If the elites are in control than the way it pans out will inevitably be the way they want it to turn out…
I think the elites are losing control everywhere for the first time for 100 years and more - since the start of the British Empire.
It seems that WW1 and WW2 were staged to set-up Israel in Palestine. The Palestinians are the real Jews and most of the present Israelis came from central Asia .
There is a piece of information that is not widely known and it could well be true that is Christian and Jewish Zionists ( extremists who do, have done or support terrorism for the State of Israel) colluded with the Nazis to scare and murder enough Jewish people so they would flee to Israel and so the Zionists got their State.
All this stuff going on in the Western world at the moment is to prevent Jerusalem and the country being formed for both Jews and Moslem’s in the Middle East - in other words a one state solution - peace and equality for all.
